At Cruz Hairworks, we value your time and appreciate your trust in ours. To ensure fairness for our clients and team, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Why We Have a Cancellation Policy

Each appointment time is reserved especially for you. Late cancellations or missed appointments leave gaps that are difficult to fill at short notice and directly affect our team’s income and other clients' access to appointments.

Our Policy

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a charge of 50% of the booked service.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full service amount.
  • Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and may be charged.

We understand that emergencies happen and will always aim to handle exceptional circumstances with care and discretion.

When booking, you will receive a confirmation message by text or email. Reminders are also sent 48 hours before your appointment—please use this time to check your booking and let us know of any changes.
