A hat, a UV protection spray, or both, will help in summer. **Keep moisture levels up.** Coloured hair tends to feel drier. Rinse your hair with fresh water before swimming so it absorbs less of either, and use a deep conditioning treatment afterwards. ### Is hard water bad for tinted hair? It can be.
